More than 30 years of experience in the drinks business and plant construction industry

After the apprenticeship to a brewer and maltster, followed by various jobs as a brewing operator I graduated as a brewing master and as well as a ‘certified production manager for brewing and beverage technology’. By different job activities in breweries of varying operating sizes and together with my education studies, I gathered the essential theoretical and valuable practical experiences necessary to create appealing beer types influenced by variable raw material qualities.

The raw material, the quantity-ratio and the craftsmanship skills are forming mainly the quality and taste experience of a product. However, the plant construction and process engineering details contribute to the success as well. More than 20 years ago, this was the decisive factor for me to broaden my professional horizons in the direction of plant engineering skills.

By working in various departments of several global players in plant construction business for the brewing and beverage industry, my know-how has grown to a considerable measure in the fields of engineering and design, site management & commissioning as well as sales and project management.
